Nicorette Gum

I purchase 2 boxes of nicorette nicotine gum to help win off smocking .Nicorrette comes in 5 different variations (Nicorette Patch, Nicorette Gum, Nicorette Inhaler and the Nicorette Microtab. I chose the gum under the pharmacist recommendation. There is also a 15% discount when you buy two packs, both costing me over 50 dollars SGD. The gum comes in two Strengths regular Strength (2mg) and Extra Strength (4mg). It also comes in two variations one is plain and the other is lace with a hint of mint. I chose the one with the mint.
Taking the nicorette gum is different for chewing normal gums. You have to chew a few times and than park it at the side of the gums to let the nicotine adsorbed into the membranes. (So less chewing more parking) The taste of the gum does has a mint flavor but the bitterness is more profound.Cravings for cigarettes are also lessen.

I got a gift from a friend of mind yesterday .She got for me a leather box or pouch anyway whatsoever it is for putting cigarettes.O yea I forget to tell her that I am quiting tobacco for good.

I found out that this pouch or box can contain 40 sticks of cigarettes . *shrugs*

MarIboro Lights review

I happen to obtain a pack of Cigarettes from a friend of mind and decided to do a short review of it. He gave me a pack of 20 non class A cigarettes, (To make things clear to you guys class A is only made for the country that invented the blend.)(Correct me if I am wrong)
This pack of marlbor comes out as a really smooth smoke with a nice distinctive taste that separates it from regular Cigrettes. The only complaint I have regarding the cigarettes (and this was also iterated by a friend who tried it) is that it's too mild...the cigarettes may provide a smooth smoke but the nicotine hit falls a bit short of the mark.

Promises unkept

I say to myself "i´ll never take any drugs"
but the more i think of it, i wonder why

Discharge from the hospital

I just came back from hospital after being there for about eight days. As for the reason, all I could say is I was having insomniac like problem and also wanted a full psychological evaluation of myself on having a compulsive behavior towards psychotropic substances . They found out I had an ‘addictive mind’ and ask about other compulsive behavior like using the internet , gambling and even sex! sharks. They explain to me that addiction is a diseases and have someting to do with a part of my brain.(I fully agreed cuz my grand dad was a gambling addict)Anyway I was discharge today and was given Zopiclone. (a non benzodiazepine sleeping aid) and a appointment to see an addiction train psychiatrics
